Add Title Above Search Filters

This script will add  <div class="filter_title">Categories</div>  to the list of filters on the map page. The Title can then be styled through regular CSS.

It needs to be added to a JavaScript file that will run when viewing the map page. This script has a timeout to make sure it loads after the map. This setting can be tweaked as necessary.

This is written in plain JavaScript to avoid the dependency on jQuery frameworks, jQuery conflict issues and to avoid slowdowns.
